Reservations are for the full day. Each clubhouse has its own availability — if the North is reserved on a date, the South may still be open.

A $200 refundable deposit + $25 non-refundable admin fee required (cash, cashier's check, or money order — no personal checks). You will be contaced later to collect the deposit and fee.

Vacate by 11 PM · Music off by 10 PM.

Reservation Rules

Clubhouse is for personal use of Surfside residents only
Alcohol may not be served
No admittance fees, sales, or exchanges of money permitted
No live music or DJs (acoustical guitars OK); keep speakers inside
Loud music must be turned off by 10 PM
Clubhouse must be cleaned and vacated by 11 PM; ALWAYS take your trash with you
Food confined to clubhouse — not allowed in the fenced pool area; glass and clubhouse tables are NOT allowed in the fenced pool area
Use the designated area next to the South Clubhouse for barbeques, taco bars, or any other devices that require heat — these are NEVER allowed inside the clubhouses
All gatherings with minors must be supervised by a resident adult at all times
Guest vehicles without a resident decal must park on city streets (Surfwood, Burlington, Chesterfield, Bushwick)
Use only non-stick tape on walls/ceiling — no staples, thumbtacks, nails, masking tape, or duct tape
Bouncing equipment requires emailed certificate of insurance to First Service Residential (Carissa.Andrus [at] fsresidential.com). Bounce houses are permitted on the common area grass in front of a resident's home or the front lawn in front of the South Clubhouse. They are not permitted in the gated pool area.
